EAT WITH PRIDE

Eat with Pride
Eat with Pride is a virtual cook-along series for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals in the Fredericton area, funded by the Tegan and Sara Foundation. It is intended to encourage virtual community building while providing fresh food and preparation tips!

Fierté Fredericton Pride will be providing FREE ingredient bags to be picked up/delivered before events. A small selection of cooking equipment is also available.

We will host virtual cook-alongs on Zoom for those who wish to share this experience with others, followed by a virtual brunch table to encourage discussion while we enjoy the fruits of our labour.

ElderPride: A Program for 2SLGBTQ+ Older Adults (50+)

Community Consultation: Call for Participants

Fierte Fredericton Pride is seeking feedback from 2SLGBTQ+ older adults (50+) in the Fredericton area to shape an intergenerational learning and social program set to launch in late June 2021, as well as a learning resource for organizations and individuals working with 2SLGBTQ+ older adults.

We want to hear from you!

These consultation sessions will shape our future programming.

What types of programming or events would you like to engage in?

What are the unique needs of 2SLGBTQ+ elders locally and what are your priorities for new programs or resources?

There will be a small honorarium for participation, a token of gratitude for sharing your time and knowledge.

WHEN: June 2nd at 6:00PM and June 9th at 5:00PM (attend one or both!)

Community Consultations may be attended virtually (on Zoom) or in person (limited capacity) at a venue in the downtown area.
